Day 6 was truly helpful to me. I was able to get out for a couple of hours and truly connect with nature. I challenged myself to truly embrace the moment and bask in the beauty of it all. Not thinking about the list of task and things I needed to do for that day. And I must say it felt AMAZING!!! Sometimes I get so caught up in work and other daily duties and it leaves no time for a moment to just relax and just be!!!
