(i don't do gyms) but I have my mats and straps (aka resistance bands) and things.
And working to make sure I do some stretching, resistance, core & movement training for my aging god-given Black skin capsule!😅 One Day at a time...
Why to go Ra!!! Nice! I don't do gyms anymore either. I have my home gym, which I really need to get back to working out more.
