They'll tell you the new year is about resolutions. About being "better." About fixing what's broken.
But you and I both know—nothing about you was ever broken.
Welcome to the revamped Ask Nyomi. This isn't just a website refresh. This is the physical manifestation of what happens when someone stops performing, stops shrinking, stops asking permission to take up space. This is what rebirth looks like when you document it in real time.
If you've been following my journey, you know 2025 was my Year of the Rebirth. You watched me remove what no longer served me—literally and figuratively. You witnessed the explant surgery, the perimenopause reckoning, the shedding of every identity that wasn't rooted in truth. You heard it in the 22 tracks I birthed in 48 hours. You felt it in every podcast episode where I chose vulnerability over polish.
And now? Now we build from that foundation.
The Reclamation Series isn't about finding yourself. It's about taking back what was always yours.

For the next 52 weeks, we're embarking on a journey unlike anything I've created before. Six people. Six cities. Six different lives unraveling and rebuilding in real time. This is The Reclamation Series—a year-long narrative experience that follows real transformation as it happens, messy and beautiful and true.
Every Wednesday, you'll step into their worlds. You'll witness their breakthroughs and breakdowns. You'll see yourself in their struggles. And alongside their stories, I'll be breaking down the practical tools, spiritual wisdom, and raw truth that makes reclamation possible. Because you need both the mirror and the map.
Meet Jordan and Simone.
For the first 12 weeks, we're diving deep into their story. Two people navigating the messy, beautiful work of transformation in ways that will feel intimately familiar. Their journey kicks off this Wednesday, and I promise you—this isn't your typical relationship narrative. This is about what happens when you finally stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
Here's what I know about you:
You're done with surface-level solutions. You're tired of being told to "love yourself more" without anyone showing you how to dismantle the patterns that keep you from it. You're ready to stop negotiating with people who don't value you. You're ready to stop performing versions of yourself that get approval but cost you your peace.
You're ready to reclaim.
As you explore this new space, you'll find:
Ask Her: Deep dives into topics that matter to women and feminine-identifying folks navigating relationships, sexuality, health, and personal power
Ask Him: Real talk for men and masculine-identifying folks ready to do the work of authentic connection, accountability, and growth
The Reclamation Series: Our 52-week journey through six lives, six cities, six transformations—for everyone ready to take back what's theirs
This is a space for all of us. Because reclamation doesn't have a gender. Healing doesn't discriminate. And the work of becoming who you were meant to be? That's universal.
Your Weekly Rhythm with Ask Nyomi:
Tuesdays - Talk to Me Tuesday: Your questions, my unfiltered answers. The Ask Nyomi Letters episodes where we tackle your real-life situations with real talk and real solutions.
Wednesdays - The Reclamation Series: A new chapter following Jordan and Simone (weeks 1-12), then five more characters throughout the year. Fiction meets transformation. Story meets strategy.
Thursdays - Ask Nyomi: Bridging the Gap LIVE: We're back! Live conversations, real-time insights, and the community connection you've been asking for.
Here's what showing up looks like:
This is a three-day-a-week commitment to your transformation. Tuesday you bring your questions. Wednesday you walk alongside Jordan and Simone. Thursday we bridge the gap together, live. This only works if you show up. Bookmark this site. Subscribe to the podcast. Set the reminders.
Because transformation isn't a spectator sport, and reclamation doesn't happen in your comfort zone.
Your assignment before this Wednesday:
Ask yourself this question and sit with whatever comes up: What have I been too afraid to reclaim? Not what you think you should reclaim. Not what would look good on social media. What truly, deeply, needs to come back home to you?
Drop your answer in the comments or DM me. Let's start this conversation now, because reclamation is always a collective act—even when it's deeply personal.
This is your year. Not because the calendar changed, but because you're choosing it.
Welcome home to yourself.
